Just terrible!

Do not shop from Juno, terrible service, if your order is lost in the post, just forget it, automated answers to e-mails, no refunds...

I’ve used Juno for years

I’ve used Juno for years. They are amazing and always have what I need and service is first class. The only place to buy all your Vinyl needs . Stay safe Juno big love .

2nd rate service for second hand garbage

Faulty out the box .emailing them for 2 weeks no reply .2nd rate service for second hand garbage .taking it up with paypal now

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!

Do not order from this shop! They are nothing more than thieves! I returned over £300 worth of equipment which they signed for on delivery 8 days ago now.
They're acting dumb in my email conversation with them pretending not to understand what I'm talking about. Had to go down the route of opening a PayPal dispute which will more than likely take 30 days to get resolved. Disgusting way to treat customers!

Mostly spot on but…

Mostly spot on but my wife is having trouble returning the broken record box, and there's a lack of communication etc.

Received my purchase very quick

Received my purchase very quick, very happy. But all items need postal tracking, as default free posting rather than Royal Mail first class with no tracking.

Don't be fool by the low prices

If your package is lost or if you have an issue with what you order they will not response to your massages until you ask paypal/credit card company to intervene. This happen to me with them too many times.

Roena from Juno helped me to resolve this issue.
She was very responsive and helpful.
The support of Juno.co.uk seems to improved thanks to her.
